Workplace Grit is where science meets real-world application — a practical, engaging dive into how brain health and emotional resilience power both people and performance. Using the neuroscience of mindfulness, participants learn to turn stress into strength, staying focused, calm, balanced, and adaptable in any workplace challenge.

Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

recognize their emotional response/reaction style understand the neuroscience behind anxiety, pressure and overwhelm integrate the neuroscience of meditation into their daily routine identify tools for self-regulation / self-regulation through co-regulation practice how to change a stress response into a challenge response (stress-fuel) apply emotional regulation skills to improve team collaboration, conflict resolution, and overall workplace well-being.
